Shipping Information

We use NZ Post and couriers for domestic and international shipping. 

New Zealand

Free regular NZ Post on orders over $200NZD (via NZ Post, 3-6 days once dispatched.)

$15NZD on orders under $200NZD (via NZ Post, 3-6 days once dispatched.)

Please allow extra time for deliveries to rural areas.

$15AU for orders $200AU or less (3-10 business days from dispatch.)

Dispatch and Shipping Time

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been sent, you will recieve an email notification with information about your order.

Please note once your order has been posted, any delay caused by our carrier will be out of our control. However we will help communicate with the shipping company if you need any assistance and please contact us via email: and for help.


Return to Sender

Should the customer incorrectly enter their postal address and the parcel is returned to sender, we will attempt to contact the customer with options for re-shipment at the buyer’s expense.



We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied or change your mind, we have a 14 day exchange or refund policy from the time of dispatch.

In order to be eligible, the item must be: unused, unwashed, with tags attached. Products must still be in their original packaging, and must be in the same condition as when received.

We also require proof of purchase (order confirmation or number) to complete your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we are in receipt of your items.

If the refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment automatically within a certain amount of days. Please note delivery cost will not be refunded. A store credit can be offered where appropriate.


International Deliveries

A Duty Tax may be charged for purchases outside of New Zealand. Please be aware of these charges that may be incurred in order to have your goods released.

If your order is not collected due to the Duty Tax not paid and your order is returned to us (due to either non collection or incorrect address information) then your order amount less $65NZD will be refunded. This will cover the costs associated with inbound and outbound freight plus any processing costs incurred to us.


Further Information

Taxes and customs duties are the sole obligation of buyers from every country.

If there is any refusal to pay these fees, your order will be destroyed at customs and Joey + Pup will be unable to refund your order.

Your order will be packed and shipped within 2 business days. Any orders placed on weekends will be packed and sent the following Monday.
